Look For The Signs Wiffle Ball Tournament

My name is Jon Cathcart and I am representing my family in requesting your support for the Look for the Signs Wiffle Ball Tournament in Memory of our mother Joan A. Cathcart.

This year's tournament will be held on Saturday, September 18th at Woodbury Little League Fields, just off of exit 22 of Rt. 295.

REGISTRATION FORM

We highly recommend pre registration. There will be a limited number of teams for the Adult and Youth competitive bracket.

The cost to enter is $25.00 per player.
Teams must have a minimum of 3 players and there is no maximum.
Ideally, we would like to see 5 players per team. The cost per player is $25.00

Example:
Team of 3 = $75.00
Team of 5 = $125.00

Your Team is not considered registered until your payment is received. Please mail your payment promptly.
